If a customer wants their products shipped using something other than Ground Shipping, or if they live anywhere outside the 48 states, they are responsible for all charges that apply. Any order over 70lbs. and outside the
domestic 48 states may be subject to additional charges that are not represented in the ordering form. UPS, United States Postal Service, and Spee-Dee Delivery are the primary agencies Gold Flax Seed uses for shipping.

If it is a mistake on our part we will give you a full refund. A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer error. A receipt is required for a refund; an RMA number will be assigned. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase.
