Gold Flax Seed will utilize the shipping option that is best for each location. This will most often be the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If a customer wants their products shipped using something other than Ground Shipping, they are responsible for all charges that apply. Any order over 70lbs. and outside the domestic 48 states may be subject to additional charges that are not represented in the ordering form.

Return and Credit Policy
If it is a mistake on our part we will give you a full refund. We do not guarantee refunds for other matters as we sell food products and want to ensure the highest safety for our customers. In extenuating circumstances we may approve a return but please note that a 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer error or the customer changing their mind for whatever reason. Also, please note that if you received free shipping that the amount of the free shipping will be deducted from any refund.  Moreover, if we need to (re)ship the product back to the farm the customer is responsible for that shipping cost as well. A receipt is required for a refund; a RMA number will be assigned. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase.
